There is an annual variety show at VBA in Guelph that I tech using their installed system – you don’t need to do anything, but we should get it into the calendar just in case I get hit by a bus.

Schedule as provided by the client:

Sunday Nov 13 Tech  Rehearsal – general call 6:00, start 6:30 pm. (I have to be there for 5pm).

Sunday Nov 20 Tech  Rehearsal – general call 6:00, start 6:30 pm. (I have to be there for 5pm).

Monday Nov 21 – Rehearsal        – call 5:30 photo 6 pm, start 6:30pm. (I have to be there for 5pm).

Tuesday Nov 22 – none

Wednesday Nov 23 – Dress Rehearsal – start 6:30 pm. (I have to be there for 5pm).

Thursday Nov 24, Friday Nov 25 & Saturday Nov 26 – Showtimes  – Shows start at 7:30 pm (I have to be there for 6pm)
