This event will be held in our auditorium from 7:45AM – 5:30PM.

 1 Video technician who can man our video switcher up in the booth for switching between cameras and record/webcast the event

 1 Video Technician to man the screen projector, load power points and video playback from the floor PC.

This event will be recorded and live streamed and will use our full AV package in the auditorium.
